A new car dealership is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our high-performing team. This role is responsible for managing the financing and insurance process, ensuring a seamless transaction experience for customers, and maximizing dealership profitability through effective financial product sales.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Consultation – Assist customers in securing the best financing and leasing options tailored to their needs.
F&I; Product Sales – Promote and sell extended warranties, protection plans, and other financial products to enhance customer experience.
Compliance & Documentation – Ensure all transactions comply with industry regulations and dealership policies, processing all necessary contracts and paperwork accurately.
Customer Relationship Management – Build trust with clients through transparency and professionalism, delivering exceptional service at every step.
Lender & Vendor Relations – Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions to secure optimal financing solutions.
Sales & Performance Metrics – Achieve and exceed dealership financial service sales targets while maintaining a high customer satisfaction rating.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Finance Manager in an automotive dealership.
Strong knowledge of financing, leasing,



and aftermarket product sales.
Experience with First Canadian products, extended warranties, and protection plans is an asset.
Valid OMVIC license and Ontario G driver’s license.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
Ability to manage multiple deals while ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Experience with dealer management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar software).
