Parsons Paving Ltd. is seeking a skilled and reliable Paver Operator (Driver) / Screed Operator to join our team for the 2026 season.

This role involves operating the paver & screed on a paver to lay, spread, and level asphalt on roadways, parking lots, and other surfaces, ensuring precise application and adherence to safety protocols. Assisting with labour and raking duties will also be required.

The successful applicant would have a minimum of 3 years experience running a paver & screed, working with an asphalt crew, a valid class 5 drivers licence and WHMIS 2015 training.

Solid physical stamina and the ability to work in all weather conditions is required.

Wages will be based on experience.
