Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated female Caregiver to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in a private residential home care setting. The ideal candidate will be committed to enhancing the quality of life for clients through personalized care, empathy, and professionalism. Duties
Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and comfort
Provide care including medication administration, and health monitoring under supervision or as trained
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary
Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe workplace
Support clients with mobility challenges through heavy lifting and transfer assistance using proper techniques
Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being
Document care provided accurately and communicate effectively with healthcare teams and family members




Follow all safety protocols and infection control procedures to ensure client safety and health

Qualifications
Prior experience in assisted living, nursing home, or home care is preferred but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates
Knowledge of working with individuals with disabilities, and caregiving best practices is advantageous
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and assist with mobility needs
Strong communication skills and compassionate attitude towards clients of all ages and backgrounds
Clear command of the English language
Reliable transportation and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings
Regular shifts will be 3 to 4 8 hour days 9 - 5, 10 - 6, 11 - 7 Thursday/ Saturday/Sunday flexibility to cover shifts
