Crystal Cleaning is looking for an experienced Senior general Cleaning to join our team in Montreal. We are seeking a reliable, hands-on professional who can lead a crew while maintaining high-quality cleaning standards.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of skilled cleaning experience
Experience in residential and commercial cleaning
Experience in window cleaning and gutter cleaning
Previous experience leading or supervising a cleaning crew
Comfortable working outdoors, using ladders and working at heights
Solid attention to detail and quality control
Reliable, punctual and responsible
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to train and guide team members
Valid driver's licence is a solid asset

Responsibilities
Lead and organize a cleaning crew on job sites




Perform residential and commercial cleaning
Perform window and gutter cleaning
Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and according to Crystal Cleaning standards
Inspect completed work and maintain quality standards
Communicate professionally with customers and the operations team
Ensure equipment and company vehicles are properly used and maintained
