We are a large soil manufacturing company that produces bagged soils and growing mediums in Nanaimo.

We make the soil that grows the Island! Work with a team of 20+ people filling, sealing and stacking bags of soils onto pallets. Learn to operate bagging machines, sealing machines and pallet wrapping machines.

No experience required, but must be willing to work with others, be energetic and fit and have the ability to lift up to 60lbs for long periods of time.

Good communication skills
Physical demands are required such as lifting, pushing, moving, and carrying of both light and heavy products -- up to 60lbs
This is a full time position with medical benefits after six months of employment




Schedule is a 40 hour work week, while working 10 hour days. Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
