Duties
Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, upselling specials and add-ons to enhance their experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using Micros POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring timely communication with kitchen staff
Prepare basic food items in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards, including assembling salads, sandwiches, or snacks as needed
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and Micros POS operations efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and math calculations
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, dining spaces, and service stations following health regulations
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly,



and ensuring guest satisfaction
Support food industry standards by practicing proper food handling techniques and adhering to safety protocols at all times

Qualifications
Previous food service experience or restaurant background is highly preferred; familiarity with serving in fast-paced environments is a plus
Experience with POS systems, especially Micros POS or similar platforms, is desirable
Robust time management skills to handle multiple tables or orders efficiently during busy periods
Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a friendly demeanor under pressure
