Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Flight Instructor Class 1 to join our aviation training team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive flight training to aspiring pilots, ensuring they develop the technical proficiency, safety awareness, and leadership qualities necessary for successful careers in aviation. Your expertise will inspire confidence and foster a positive learning workplace, empowering students to reach their full potential. Duties
Conduct flight training sessions for students, covering all aspects of aircraft operation, navigation, and emergency procedures with clarity and enthusiasm
Assess student performance continuously, providing constructive feedback to enhance their skills and confidence
Develop tailored training plans that align with regulatory standards and individual learning needs
Ensure all training activities comply with aviation safety regulations and company policies
Maintain detailed records of flight hours, assessments,



and progress reports in accordance with certification requirements
Supervise student conduct during flights, promoting safe practices and responsible decision-making
Collaborate with ground staff and other instructors to coordinate training schedules and optimize resource utilization

Experience
Proven experience as a Flight Instructor Class 1 or equivalent role within the aviation industry
Solid mechanical knowledge of aircraft systems and operations across various models
Multilingual capabilities including fluency in English, French, Chinese, Hindi, Spanish or other languages to support diverse student populations
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to motivate and engage learners from different backgrounds
Solid understanding of math principles relevant to navigation, flight calculations, and aircraft performance analysis
Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills with supervising experience in high-pressure settings

Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
