Responsibilities
Prepare and wrap meat products according to company standards and customer preferences, ensuring precise portioning and presentation.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations, including proper storage, sanitation, and handling procedures.
Package meat products efficiently for display or take-home use, ensuring freshness and appealing presentation.
Assist customers with product selection, answer questions about cuts and cooking methods, and provide excellent customer service.
Restock and organize the meat department to ensure products are well-displayed, rotated regularly, and inventory levels are maintained.




Follow all food handling protocols during processing to prevent contamination and ensure product quality.
Collaborate with team members to uphold cleanliness standards in the workspace and ensure compliance with health regulations.

Experience
Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in food preparation or butchery, is highly preferred.
Hands-on experience with meat cutting techniques and food handling procedures is an advantage.
Knowledge of food safety standards and packaging practices is essential for maintaining product integrity.
Kitchen experience or familiarity with culinary environments will support your success in this role.
Strong customer service skills combined with a proactive attitude are key to creating positive shopping experiences for our customers.
