• Provide a high level of service to customers • Ensure 100% satisfaction by accurately identifying parts • Sell parts and establish client relationships • Source and price requests from OEMs and alternate vendors • Participate in after-hours on-call rotation

Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of parts or service technician experience • Competent in Microsoft applications and computer skills • Excellent written skills for clear communication • Solid organizational abilities and proactive work style • Heavy Duty Truck & Trailer or Diesel Engine parts knowledge is a plus
