We’re searching for a New Business Advisor, Personal Lines Insurance. This role is based in Huntsville, ON at the Westland office.CompensationExpected hiring range: $44,000 to $55,000 based on a 35‑hour work week. The actual offered salary will depend on qualifications, experience, market conditions, and internal equity. A competitive commission structure is also available.ResponsibilitiesRepresent Westland’s brand and values while delivering trusted insurance advice and exceptional service.Assess client needs and recommend home, auto, and lifestyle insurance solutions.Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to support growth.Manage client inquiries, documentation, and concerns in line with policies and service standards.Maintain accurate client records in accordance with privacy and compliance requirements.Collaborate with colleagues, management, and insurance partners to foster strong team dynamics.Participate in sales initiatives, community events, and business development activities.QualificationsStrong knowledge of personal lines underwriting with a proactive, sales‑driven, client‑focused approach.Ability to identify opportunities and recommend solutions that meet client needs and business goals.High attention to detail and strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients across multiple channels.Organized, reliable,
