As a Drilling Engineer at RESPEC, you will be instrumental in overseeing the complete project lifecycle from initiation to execution. Ideal candidates will have a robust technical foundation and excel in collaborative efforts with multidisciplinary teams. You’ll develop creative drilling programs and ensure that each project aligns with budget and schedule objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full project lifecycle from planning to execution
• Lead drilling efforts for various well types




• Develop detailed well designs and drilling programs
• Prepare and manage AFE documents and budgets
• Monitor project performance and implement solutions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (petroleum, geological, or mining)
• Minimum five years of drilling engineering experience
• Strong background in well design and AFE preparation
• Effective client relationship management skills
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
