Position Overview1Click Heating and Cooling Inc is seeking an experienced Journeyperson Electrician to perform electrical work, ensure code compliance, and support the operations of our team in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the installation, maintenance and repair of heat-pump based electrical systems in accordance with federal and provincial electrical code.ResponsibilitiesAssist in installation of electrical heat pumps and HVAC equipment by ensuring all electrical work complies with federal and provincial electrical code.Provide technical guidance, supervision, and mentoring to electricians and apprenticesPerform electrical inspections and preventative maintenanceReview and approve electrical permits, inspections,



and documentationTroubleshoot electrical issues and support complex project workCollaborate with project managers, clients, and contractors to support job planning and executionMaintain accurate job records, reports, and compliance documentationParticipate in estimating, quoting, and planning electrical projectsRequired QualificationsRed Seal Journeyman Electrician certificationMinimum 3 years of experience as a licensed electrician preferredStrong understanding of the Canadian Electrical Code (CEC)Solid leadership, communication, and mentorship abilitiesValid BC Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record#J-18808-Ljbffr
