This role focuses on developing and implementing Enterprise Architecture strategies, standards, frameworks, and roadmaps that align technology investments with organizational objectives.Working across multiple programs and delivery initiatives, the successful candidate will provide architecture leadership, technology assessments, fit-gap analyses, modernization guidance, and strategic direction to ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, governance requirements, and long-term technology objectives.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, recommend, implement, and manage Enterprise Architecture strategies and architecture deliverablesProvide architecture support to delivery teams across multiple projects and modernization initiativesConduct technology assessments, fit-gap analyses, and solution evaluations to identify optimal approachesCreate and maintain enterprise architecture roadmaps aligned with business and technology objectivesDevelop and contribute to enterprise architecture standards, policies, templates, guidance, and best practicesSupport enterprise-wide modernization strategies and identify opportunities for technology standardizationDefine business and technical capabilities, operating models, and supporting processesProvide strategic guidance on operationalizing business strategies through systems, data,



and technologyIdentify technology risks and recommend mitigation strategiesSupport the development of enterprise-wide technology stacks, platforms, products, frameworks, and reusable patternsAnalyze application landscapes to improve performance, reduce redundancy, and optimize technology investmentsCollaborate with stakeholders, executives, delivery teams, and vendors to support enterprise architecture initiativesPresent architecture recommendations, briefing materials, and strategic advice to technical and non-technical audiencesSupport governance reviews and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards and target-state architectureRequirementsMust-have:15+ years of architecture experience across multiple enterprise technology platformsDemonstrated experience developing and implementing Enterprise Architecture strategies and frameworksStrong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, Technology Architecture, and Application Architecture principlesExperience supporting enterprise modernization and digital transformation initiativesExperience conducting technology assessments, fit-gap analyses, and architecture evaluationsExperience developing architecture roadmaps, standards, templates,
