In return, we promise to provide support, opportunities and performance-led financial rewards at a workplace where you can shape the future, win as a team and grow with us.About The RoleWe’re looking for a PAM Senior Business Analyst to join our growing team!What You’ll Do HereWork independently with clients to capture privileged access use cases, define requirements, and document technical processes.Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to keep them informed on project milestones and deliverables.Liaise between stakeholders and PAM architects or engineers to ensure clients’ needs are met.Develop and present various business analysis artifacts.Perform basic administrative activities within PAM systems.Participate in multiple workstreams across projects.What You Bring To The Table2+ years of requirement gathering experience on software implementation(s)



(external consulting / qualified services experience preferred).Strong verbal and written skills to develop technical documentation and presentations.General knowledge of either Privileged Access Management or Active Directory.Proficient using Excel to analyze and visualize data.Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.Be a strong team player with good communication skills.For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.No Canadian work experience required; however, must be eligible to work in Canada.Preferred CertificationsSecurity+PAM vendor certifications (CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust, Hashicorp, etc.).IIBA or PMI issued certifications (CCBA, CBAP, PMP).What We OfferOur hybrid work model provides the balance between working from home and enjoying meaningful in-person interactions.Working Here Means You'll Be Empowered To Be And Do Your Best Every Day.
