In collaboration with IT, the team works with internal clients on augmenting analytics into their operations as well as identifying and communicating significant business trends.Analyst, Advanced AnalyticsThe Analyst, Advanced Analytics role plans, designs, develops, and deploys reporting and analytics throughout the organization, while objectively evaluating the effectiveness of various sales and marketing activities using appropriate data mining techniques.How You’ll Make an ImpactMarketing, events, sales campaign analysis (AB tests, Pre vs. Post)Support sales and marketing targeted campaignsParticipate in customer level analytical/research projectsResearch and prototype advanced statistical/AI modelsComplete ad-hoc requests for analysis,
data extraction and information gatheringR&D new analytical tools and techniquesAugment periodic management reportingWorks with tech groups to identify and resolve any data, environment, or implementation issuesWhat We’re Looking ForCompletion of University degree (Engineering, Math/Statistics or Computer Science related) or equivalent work experienceOver 2-3 years of relevant work experienceExperience employing various statistical modelling and data analysis techniques, such as linear / logistic regression, decision trees, affinity analysis, clustering/segmentation and time series forecastingExperience deciphering complex data and effectively communicating results to managementEnjoy building solutions and are comfortable writing codes and using analytical tools such as KnimeExperience with visualization software (Tableau, Power BI), Python and SQLExperience applying advanced consumer intelligence / marketing techniquesAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPointKnowledge and experience in financial services, with a focus on the investment industryExperience in Data Pipeline design and GIS softwareExperience in developing and maintaining Python models.Certification in MS Office, SAS, KNIME, Snowflake,
