Operations & Marketing Assistant

Global Art is looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and organized Operations & Marketing Assistant to join our team! We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a creative environment and can support both marketing initiatives and centre operations.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities
Languages: Fluent in English and Mandarin and/or Cantonese
Marketing & Promotion: Assist with marketing campaigns, social media content, promotions, and community outreach
Partnerships: Support communication and collaboration with malls, schools, community organizations, and other partners
Events: Assist with the planning, promotion, and coordination of workshops, competitions, and special events
Centre Operations: Provide operational and administrative support to our art centres when needed




Communication: Solid written and verbal communication skills
Organization: Detail-oriented with solid organizational and multitasking skills
Initiative: Able to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate with the team
Passion: Passionate about art, education, and working with children
Experience: Previous experience in marketing, operations, customer service, education, or a related field is an asset

Locations: Richmond · Burnaby · South Surrey

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
