We are seeking a Service advisor and a Tire technician for a lube shop who has positive experience to work on cars and can perform tire changeover job and is passionate about providing the highest level of customer service and experiences in order to meet and exceed sales goals. The ideal candidate will serve as a leader and role model to manage the day-to-day activities. Applicants must possess solid communication skills, excellent customer service and organizational abilities, along with a proven history of meeting goals and deadlines.



Candidates should have good experience on working cars he should be good in handy work and also may need to work on weekends

Responsibilities:
Ability to recognize, resolve and prevent employee relations problems.
Ability to handle multiple, complex task at the same time.
Demonstrated management and leadership skills.
Ability to motivate, manage and develop a team.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
Ability to think strategically and take risks.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $17.90-$18.50 per hour
