Duties
Assess vehicle damage and develop effective repair plans for autobody restoration
Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques to remove dents, replace panels, and realign vehicle structures
Perform mechanical repairs related to autobody work, including frame straightening and component replacement
Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and quality expectations through detailed inspections
Maintain a clean, organized workspace by properly handling tools and disposing of waste materials
Collaborate with team members to complete repairs efficiently and accurately within scheduled timelines




Document repair processes thoroughly for quality control and customer records

Requirements
Proven dealership experience or hands-on autobody repair background preferred
Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and structures
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment required for automotive repair tasks
Ability to perform automotive repairs with attention to detail and safety protocols
Prior mechanic experience or automotive repair training is highly desirable
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues quickly and accurately
Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing, bending, and working in various environmental conditions
