Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and energetic Food Counter Attendant/Cashier to join our vibrant food service team. In this role, you will be the friendly face that greets customers, takes their orders, and ensures they have an exceptional dining experience. Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections, upselling items to enhance their experience
Prepare and serve food items according to established standards, ensuring quality and presentation
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, accurately processing transactions and handling cash or electronic payments
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations
Manage food inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth service flow
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction




Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations

Requirements
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash register technology
Robust time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and transaction accuracy
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
Excellent communication skills with a friendly attitude towards customers and team members
Kitchen or food industry experience is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential
