The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will:
Hold a DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental program or NDEB
Be licensed and in good standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO)
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Provide compassionate, patient-centred care




Be committed to maintaining high clinical standards
Work well as part of a team
Be comfortable diagnosing and treatment planning independently
Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic
Be motivated to build lasting relationships with patients and the community
