Job Summary
We are currently hiring a Community Health Representative to serve as the local face of our services in the Belleville and the Northumberland surrounding area.

This is a people-first, community-based role position. It is ideal for someone who thrives on face-to-face interaction, enjoys being on the road, and is confident balancing both sales and service. Approximately 90% of your time will be spent in the field, building relationships and meeting clients for assessments, while 10% will be dedicated to administrative work in your home office, including managing leads and updating CRM systems.

Duties

Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, including:
Occupational therapists
Social workers
Hospitals and care homes




Physicians and pharmacists and other healthcare professionals
Represent Just Like Family at community events, networking opportunities, and local initiatives to increase brand awareness and generate leads
Conduct in-home consultations and assessments to understand client needs and develop personalized care plans
Educate clients and partners on our services, clearly communicating how we support independence and quality of life
Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively

What We’re Looking For
Experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
Solid communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
Professional and confident in face-to-face interactions
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required (this is a road-based role)

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
