Responsibilities
Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of clubhouse areas, including lounges, restrooms, kitchens, and outdoor spaces
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards
Maintain cleanliness of common areas through commercial cleaning practices, ensuring high standards are met at all times
Assist with light facilities maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing minor repairs, and reporting larger issues to management
Monitor clubhouse equipment and amenities to ensure proper operation and safety compliance




Support event setup and breakdown by preparing spaces according to specifications
Keep detailed records of cleaning schedules, maintenance activities, and safety checks

Qualifications
Prior experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential
Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and safety procedures
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying issues before they escalate
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently when needed
