Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Manger to oversee overnight operations at our hospitality facility. The ideal candidate will possess solid leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a background in hotel or guest services. This role offers an opportunity to lead a team during the night shift, ensuring smooth operations, guest satisfaction, responsible for the safety and security of guests and team members and adherence to hotel standards.

Responsibilities
Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
Oversee security procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest and staff safety throughout the night
Address guest inquiries, concerns, or special requests promptly and professionally
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve any overnight issues or emergencies
Monitor operational activities such as cash handling, reservations, and billing processes
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and hospitality standards
Prepare reports on nightly activities and communicate relevant information to management




Assist in training current staff members and providing ongoing support to team members
Assist with luggage assistance
Assist with valet services

Qualifications
Prior supervisory experience in hospitality, hotel management, or guest services is an asset
Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills
Valid class 5 BC Driver's License
Experience in Opera is an asset
Knowledge of budgeting, front desk operations, and phone etiquette is beneficial
Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team during overnight hours effectively
Familiarity with hotel operations, guest services, and hospitality industry standards

Pay: $29.00 per hour
