Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our team. The Repair Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing all makes of inflatable boats and other related products. This role requires a strong attention to detail, work unsupervised, be neat and tidy with proficiency using hand tools. Must be able to handle 50 lbs +.

Duties:
Inspect, diagnose, and repair all makes of inflatables
Must be able to work unsupervised and as part of a team
Self motivated with desire to get the job done right the first time
Demonstrate good attention to detail, be tiny and well organized
Willing to train on any other products company may sell as required
Complete paperwork for customer billing, warranty claims, etc.
Ability to solve problems, work under pressure, excellent diagnostic skills
Must be able to provide daily, accurate work orders and estimates
Must be self-motivated, maintain good work ethic,



able to meet with customers and have a positive customer relations record.
Must be a Canadian Citizen, or Permanent Resident
Have a clean driving license

Skills:
Experience in customer focused environment is required
Fabrication experience a plus
Experience and familiar with power tools
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
Forklift experience is very useful
Boating experience is desirable but not essential
