This isn’t fine dining—and it’s not your average short-order kitchen. It’s high-volume, structured breakfast service in a 50’s-themed diner, made from scratch with speed and precision. Our prep team handles all house-made recipes ahead of time, so your focus is assembling consistent, beautiful dishes on the line using Rational ovens (we’ll train you).

Follow plating guides and portion standards
Operate Rational ovens (training provided)
Keep your station clean, stocked, and effective
Communicate and stay in rhythm with your team
