We are seeking a dedicated and organized Clinic Assistant to join our busy team in an evening & weekend role. This position provides critical clinical and administrative support (as needed) to our physiotherapists and ensures a seamless experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Coordination: Manage scheduling, check-ins, and patient flow with a focus on exceptional service.
EMR Management: Utilize Practice Perfect for accurate data entry, billing, and record-keeping.
Clinical Support: Assist physiotherapists with clinical tasks to optimize clinic efficiency.
Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries via phone and email.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Software Proficiency: Direct experience with Practice Perfect EMR is preferred.
Detail-Oriented:
A "sharp eye" for accuracy in medical scheduling, billing and patient care.
Multitasking: The ability to prioritize a shifting workload in a busy clinic environment assisting physiotherapists.
Communication: Strong professional communication skills are essential.
Reliability: Flexibility to provide additional coverage for holidays and sick leave when necessary.
Position Details
Shift: Permanent Part time (Evenings & weekends).
Probationary Period: 90 days, followed by a formal performance and compensation review.
Job Type: Part time
Pay: $15.50-$19.00 per hour
