Responsibilities
Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring safety and comfort for each client
Consult with clients to understand their desired lash look and recommend suitable styles and lengths
Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to health and safety standards
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client questions and concerns professionally
Assist at the front desk with appointment scheduling, check-ins, and retail sales of lash care products
Upsell additional services or retail items to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication,



ensuring repeat business and referrals

Qualifications
Proven experience in applying eyelash extensions or a related beauty service is preferred but not required; training can be provided for the right candidate
Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products confidently
Excellent customer service and communication skills to create a welcoming environment
Ability to manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling, payments, and client inquiries
Detail-oriented with a steady hand and an eye for symmetry and aesthetics
Skilled attitude with a passion for beauty and helping clients feel confident
Must be able to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours as needed

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
