Key Responsibilities
Manage a varied caseload of litigation matters
Draft pleadings, applications, legal opinions, and other court materials
Conduct legal research and develop effective litigation strategies
Participate in examinations for discovery, mediations, hearings, and trials




Communicate directly with clients and provide practical legal advice
Collaborate with experienced partners and other members of the litigation team

Qualifications
Called to the provincial bar and in good standing
Relevant experience in civil, commercial, construction, or insurance litigation
Solid legal research, drafting, and advocacy skills
Ability to manage files independently while working collaboratively within a team
Excellent judgment, communication, and client-service skills
A genuine interest in continuing to develop a sophisticated litigation practice
