• Recruit, onboard, and train volunteers for the store
• Develop volunteer mentorship and appreciation programs
• Maintain comprehensive records using Better Impact
• Communicate with volunteers through regular check-ins




• Foster partnerships with local organizations and churches
Requirements:
• Over 5 years of experience in retail settings
• At least 2 years in volunteer leadership roles
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver’s License
