As an Early Childhood Assistant at the PJCC, you will assist in guiding children’s daily routines, fostering cognitive, social, and emotional growth in alignment with the Child Care Early Year's Act. You will work under the supervision of RECE professionals while providing individualized learning experiences and support for therapeutic programs.

Key Responsibilities:



• Assist in daily routines of children under RECE supervision • Provide learning experiences meeting children's individual needs • Support speech therapy and behavior guidance initiatives • Ensure a secure and emotionally supportive environment • Implement recommendations from external support agencies

Requirements: • Enthusiasm for teaching and working with children • Excellent English language and interpersonal skills • Available during daycare opening hours • Knowledge of the ELECT framework preferred • Clearance for TB, police check, and First Aid certification
