As part of the Back of House Management Team, you'll ensure all dishes, glassware, and utensils are cleaned and stored properly. You will also assist with receiving and stocking supplies while adhering to safety protocols for cleaning products. Key Responsibilities:
• Operate dishwashers effectively during service
• Wash and polish glassware and flatware
• Clean and sanitize dishwashing mats and carts




• Assist in receiving and stocking kitchen supplies
• Maintain cleanliness of the dish area and remove garbage
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a dishwasher role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work calmly under pressure in a busy environment
• Self-motivated with multi-tasking abilities
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
