About the Company Forge Recruitment is currently searching for a Corporate Law Clerk to join an established law firm located in Toronto.

About the Role Conducting detailed corporate due diligence and reviewing organizational records to support transactions and ongoing compliance matters.

Preparing and filing a broad range of corporate documents related to incorporations, restructurings, amendments, continuances, amalgamations, dissolutions, and other corporate changes under applicable provincial and federal legislation.

Assisting with transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, financings, reorganizations, and share or asset purchase and sale transactions.

Maintaining and updating corporate records and minute books, including annual resolutions, officer/director changes, dividends, share updates, and registered office amendments.

Coordinating and filing extra-provincial registrations, renewals, amendments, and annual filings for corporations, partnerships,



and related entities across multiple jurisdictions.
