Tim Hortons in Liverpool, Nova Scotia is hiring a Food Service Supervisor to oversee daily food service operations and lead a small team of 3–4 staff members.

Responsibilities
Establish methods to meet work schedules
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
Hire food service staff
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Address customers' complaints or concerns
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Prepare and submit reports
Establish work schedules

Requirements
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate




1 year to less than 2 years of experience
Client focus and excellent oral communication skills
Effective interpersonal skills and flexibility
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding workplace
Attention to detail

Schedule

Early morning, morning, day, evening, night, weekend shifts available. Overtime available.

Pay

$16.75/hour, 30 to 40 hours per week.

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate; 1 year to less than 2 years of food service experience; solid interpersonal and oral communication skills
