As a floater, you will work at various WorkBC Centres in Vancouver, Tri Cities, Langley, Aldergrove, and Richmond, ensuring impactful employment attachments.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform active client recruitment
Conduct formal needs assessments via structured interviews
Develop personalized plans using WorkBC services
Monitor client progress with documented activities
Ensure timely employment or community attachment for clients
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Social Services or Education
Experience in career development and employment counselling
Knowledge of local labour market
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Criminal Record Check required
