Overnight maintenance team members are responsible for cleaning the kitchen and high-use equipment such as grills, fryers, the combo machine, and smoothie machine, along with maintaining the crew room, crew washrooms, and stock areas. This role is ideal for someone who works well independently, is comfortable with hands-on cleaning tasks, and takes pride in preparing a clean, safe, and organized restaurant for the morning team.Key ResponsibilitiesStart overnight shifts at approximately 10:00 PM and complete assigned back-of-house maintenance tasksClean and maintain the kitchen, including floors, prep surfaces, and surrounding work areasDeep clean equipment such as grills, fryers, combo machines, smoothie machines, and other high-use restaurant equipmentMaintain clean and organized crew rooms, crew washrooms,
