Were a warm, caring family with an energetic and curious little boy, Cass. Rachel is creative, relaxed, and very affectionate, while Howard works in climate and is a little more structured and strict. Together, we try to give Cass lots of love, attention, play, and consistency. We currently live with Casss grandparents, so its a lively, multigenerational home. His grandfather is a big tennis lover, and his grandmother loves Chinese rom-coms. We keep a clean, organized home and really value having someone around Cass who is caring, engaged, dependable, and genuinely enjoys spending time with an energetic toddler. Cass is very loved and has plenty of personality and energy, so were looking for someone who can have fun with him while also being comfortable following our routines and boundaries. We will need you to help out grandpa for a few hours each night after daycare when mommy and daddy are away due to work.
