We are looking for individuals who want to learn, contribute, solve challenges, and build a meaningful career alongside a team that is committed to delivering power at all times.SummaryThe Quality Systems Specialist is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with business requirements and ISO 9001:2015 standards. This role leads quality system initiatives, internal and external audit activities, quality performance reporting, and systematic problem-solving efforts across multiple locations. Working collaboratively across functions and business units, the Quality Systems Specialist uses data, technical expertise, and influence to strengthen processes, drive corrective actions, and promote consistent quality practices throughout the organization.Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the corporate Quality Management System, including QMS changes, documentation, corrective and preventive actions, and alignment with ISO 9001:2015 requirementsDevelop and execute the corporate audit strategy, including planning, conducting, documenting, and following up on internal system and process audits and coordinating external registrar and customer auditsPartner with Site Quality Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to identify process gaps, facilitate problem-solving, implement systematic improvements, and promote consistent quality practices across locationsDevelop, administer, analyze, and report corporate quality metrics and management review information to evaluate process performance, identify trends, and prioritize improvement opportunitiesBuild organizational auditing capability by training, developing, and supporting internal auditors and providing guidance on quality systems, auditing practices, and continuous improvement methodologiesSupport corporate quality initiatives, including supplier qualification activities, employee QMS education, and other programs designed to strengthen quality performance and complianceFacilitate cross-functional and multi-location teams in developing, reviewing,
and improving QMS processes, procedures, and documentationLead internal system and process audits from preparation through execution, reporting, corrective action follow-up, and closureCoordinate process audit activities with Site Quality Managers to support consistency between formal audit programs and ongoing process monitoringMonitor improvement initiatives and establish appropriate measures to evaluate effectiveness and sustained performancePrepare management review data, presentations, reports, and other quality-related information for leadershipAnalyze quality and process performance data to identify trends, risks, improvement priorities, and educational needsCoach employees and stakeholders in structured problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologiesSupport supplier qualification activities and other quality assurance initiatives as neededDevelop and deliver introductory QMS education for current employeesMaintain current knowledge of applicable quality standards, auditing practices, and industry developments, including ISO 9001 requirementsEducation and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or another related discipline preferredMinimum of three years of relevant experience in quality systems, manufacturing, quality engineering, or a related technical environmentDemonstrated experience working with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management SystemsExperience conducting internal system and process audits, preferably serving as a lead auditorExperience with supplier quality management, statistical analysis, structured problem-solving, control plans/FMEA, and continuous improvement methodologiesKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesStrong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, ISO 9001:2015 requirements, auditing principles, and continuous improvement practicesDemonstrated ability to lead initiatives and influence cross-functional teams without direct reporting authorityStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret quality and process data and translate findings into actionable improvementsEffective interpersonal, facilitation, and collaboration skills with the ability to work across departments, locations, suppliers, customers, and organizational levelsStrong written and verbal communication skills,
