Commissioning Project ManagerAs a Commissioning Project Manager at Trojan Technologies you will help our customers meet their water quality objectives by guiding them through the equipment installation process and managing the startup activities required to achieve a sustainable solution.ResponsibilitiesCultivate key customer relationships by interpreting their needs and requirements through contract and specification reviews.Plan successful projects using detailed plans, accurate budgets, and open communication for multiple projects in parallel.Provide product installation support by reviewing installation documents from customers and presenting solutions as required to ensure site readiness for commissioning.Identify and solve problems,



evaluate systems and/or processes to isolate root causes and implement corrective actions.Communicate solution findings to internal stakeholders as needed to drive product improvements.Qualifications2 to 5 years of project management experience.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (mechanical, electrical, P&ID;).Experience working with external contractors and engineers.Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams such as Engineering, Sales and Operations to resolve site‑specific difficulties.Experience utilizing continuous improvement to drive change, foster efficiencies, and fuel growth.PMP certification is a plus.CompensationCANADA ONLY: The compensation range for this role is$75,000 - $90,000 CAD per year.
