We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to provide comprehensive business analysis services supporting complex business and technology initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather, document, analyze, and validate business requirements while helping ensure that technology solutions align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a comprehensive range of business analysis services for diverse business and technology needs.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand and document business requirements.

Lead and conduct business analysis activities to assess business problems and opportunities.

Document business requirements to support the development of effective technology solutions.

Apply business process improvement and re-engineering approaches to enhance service delivery.

Develop business cases, feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and strategic recommendations.

Facilitate requirements gathering activities including:

JAD sessions

Interviews

Workshops

Mockups

Conduct:

Business process modeling

Use case modeling

Data modeling

Process flow analysis

Non-functional requirements analysis

Monitor project progress and report to management and stakeholders.

Develop performance measures and traceability matrices for business analysis evaluation.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.

Participate in governance meetings and contribute to best practices related to architecture, SDLC, and information management.

Support knowledge transfer activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

Must-Have Experience





8+ years of experience in Business Analysis.

Demonstrated experience facilitating JAD sessions.

Experience creating:

Business analysis documents

Business cases

Demonstrated experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Experience working within large IT organizations.

Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.

Experience with Agile, Waterfall, Iterative Agile, and Product Management methodologies.

Experience outlining business problems, opportunities, and solutions.

Experience with budgeting and forecasting.

Experience developing performance measures and business analysis evaluation metrics.

Technical Skills

Azure cloud technologies.

Figma.

HTML.

CSS.

Microsoft Office Suite including:

Word

Excel

Visio

PowerPoint

Experience using Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools.

Knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).

Understanding of Information Management principles and practices.

Ability to translate business and data requirements into technical specifications.

Experience with business functional modelling, process mapping, and related business analysis techniques.

5 days onsite.
