Backed by Financial Horizons’ commitment to independent, carrier-agnostic advice, we provide access to leading insurance and wealth solutions across all major carriers—ensuring advisor’s business and their clients’ needs are always met with best-in-class support.The Advisor Support Associate reports to the Manager- Advisor Support Program and contributes to our advisors’ success by providing sales support, marketing support, and value-added client service to help them grow their business.What You Will DoProvide strategic sales support to advisors to help them achieve their sales targets and support the sales team in reaching overall growth objectivesProvide a high level of defined administrative services and support within Advice Canada Advisory ServicesDeliver exceptional customer service and support,



always prioritizing the clientContribute as part of a high performing operational team committed to the success of our advisorsProvide skilled and knowledgeable sales and service support to help advisors acquire new business and retain and grow existing client businessDeliver administrative services and support to clients, colleagues, and head office business partnersSupport and sponsor local and head office initiativesFollow specific administrative processesMaintain and ensure compliance standards are met with advisorsTake ownership of special projects, as neededProvide general support and coverage to fellow Advisor Support AssociatesWhat You BringPost secondary educationProficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new technologiesStrong communication skills, both written and verbalResponsiveness to requests; professional telephone etiquette; tact, courtesy, and patienceAbility to adapt to change and meet project deadlines and/or requestsA proactive approach, demonstrating initiative toward process improvement and individual developmentAbility to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively amid continuous interruptionsStrong problem solving skills and a positive attitudeAbility to establish and maintain positive working relationships both internally and externallyLocation: Markham, Ontario, ON, L3R 3T7The base salary for this position is between$45,600 - $68,400annually.



This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation (i.E. annual bonus, commission etc).
