Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inventory of event supplies and materials
• Monitor and respond to recruitment events email inquiries




• Track attendance and maintain event registration lists
• Organize logistics for campus tours and Open House events
• Provide in office support for recruitment initiatives
Requirements:
• 1 year certificate in business or event planning
• Minimum 2 years of Special Events experience
• Robust understanding of human rights and inclusion
• Effective communication with diverse communities
• Willingness to assist with larger college events
