Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough quantity takeoffs for bids
Review architectural and MEP specifications with precision
Issue and evaluate RFPs for trade partner quotes
Attend site visits to assess project risks
Collaborate in value engineering with project teams

Requirements:
Field estimation experience is an asset
Familiarity with tools like Procore and Google Workspace
Ability to interpret complex construction documents
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Solid communication abilities with subcontractors
