Click here for more details on secondment opportunities.ResponsibilitiesThe Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst will be a key member of the Advancement Operations team, responsible for enabling and supporting data-informed decision-making across fundraising, alumni engagement and operations within Western Advancement.The role will transform complex end-user business requirements into meaningful insights, reporting, and visualizations that support strategic planning, campaign effectiveness, and donor and alumni engagement.By working with end-users across the division and BI developers, the role will deliver reliable, accessible, and actionable business intelligence in the form of reports and dashboards to enhance the University’s ability to advance its fundraising goals and strengthen relationships with its alumni community.QualificationsEducationUndergraduate Degree with a major in Computer Science, Data Science, Business or related fieldProject Management Certification is preferredExperience3 years’ hands‑on experience in Business Intelligence applications (MS Power BI, Tableau)Experience in data integration (ETL/ELT) and data warehousing techniquesExperience with data modelling and reportingPreferred:Experience with MS Power BI, Power BI ReportingExperience writing complex queries, joins, subqueries, functions,
