This full-time position involves working four weekdays, alternating weekends, and being on-call during some evenings. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct minor repairs and maintenance as needed • Interact with residents and manage tenant issues • Keep common areas clean and tidy • Operate small vehicles and assist with snow removal • Maintain safety and quality standards on the property
