About the Role

The Company is seeking a Division Head, Procurement to oversee and manage all procurement activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling procurement management. This role requires a professional with a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, or a related field, and a preference for additional certification in procurement management. Membership in a relevant professional association is also considered an asset. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' of experience in a similar position, including people management, and a background in a municipal or public sector environment. Knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework governing procurement in the municipal sector,



as well as experience with public tender drafting and contract management, is highly valued.

Applicants for the Division Head, Procurement position at the company should possess the ability to confidently navigate legal matters, strong project management skills, and a proven aptitude for using technology tools. Experience with unionized employees is a plus. The role demands an individual with excellent spoken and written French, and a robust understanding of the procurement process within a government or public sector context.
