Deliver essential Hemodialysis care as a Registered Nurse at Grey Nuns Community Hospital. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support acute and chronic renal patients.
This part time role at Alberta Kidney Care - North requires comprehensive patient care and critical thinking. The Registered Nurse will lead assessment, planning, and implementation while educating patients and families. Leadership and clinical judgment are key as you work in a busy Hemodialysis unit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Hemodialysis treatment to renal patients
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for comprehensive care
• Lead assessment and planning for patient health
• Educate patients and families on care processes
• Ensure adherence to nursing standards and clinical policies
Requirements:
• Completion of an accredited nursing education program
• Active registration with College of Registered Nurses of Alberta
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Minimum 2 years of acute care experience
• Must complete Hemodialysis Training
