As a Host at Fit4Less, your duties include ensuring the fitness workplace is safe, clean, and welcoming. You'll engage with members, manage daily cleaning tasks, and actively promote memberships and club amenities. This role is crucial in fostering a positive atmosphere while meeting Fit4Less's standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure consistent cleanliness throughout the gym
• Provide friendly customer interactions during cleaning
• Promote Black Card memberships and amenities
• Report any cleanliness deficiencies immediately
• Assist membership management and inquiries
Requirements:
• High School diploma or goals to achieve it
• 1 year of experience in teamwork or volunteering
• Robust written and verbal communication skills
• WHMIS First Aid, CPR-A & AED certified
• Ability to handle stress effectively
