Job Title: Warehouse Shipper / Receiver
Location: Dartmouth, NS
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

The Warehouse Shipper / Receiver will support daily warehouse operations by receiving product, picking and packing orders, preparing shipments, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.

This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with a variety of products and materials.

Responsibilities:
Receive, pick, pack, label, and ship products to customers
Track and organize product locations within the warehouse
Restock and replenish bins as required
Prepare pallet loads accurately and complete quality checks on products
Check goods for quality in shipping and receiving areas
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pump trucks, or pallet jacks, if certified
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse area
Follow company policies, procedures, and safety requirements
Assist in other warehouse areas as needed




Complete department-related administrative tasks as required
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements:
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a warehouse, shipping, receiving, or similar role
Able to lift 40 to 50 lbs. as required
Comfortable lifting, carrying, moving, and arranging boxes or products while standing, bending, stooping, or kneeling
Comfortable handling products of various sizes, including pipes, toilets, bathtubs, and related materials
Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a quick-paced environment
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Forklift experience and certification for counterbalance or reach truck considered an asset
CSA-approved safety footwear required
