Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare meals according to production sheets and recipes
• Ensure appropriate preparation temperatures and portion control
• Oversee food quality and manage supply issues
• Take on departmental responsibilities as needed
• Train new kitchen team members
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Safe Food Handling Certificate or Smart Serve certificate
• Background in institutional or restaurant cooking
• Positive, goal-oriented attitude
• Pass the required Vulnerable Sector Check in Ontario
