Join Axis Therapy & Performance as an MVA and WSIB Claims Specialist, leading our Scarborough admin team. Shape the client experience while managing claims effectively across our seven clinic locations.

In this full-time role, you will not only manage administrative responsibilities but also ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction at our Scarborough clinic. You will play a crucial role in every MVA and WSIB claim process while maintaining the highest standards through your leadership and support.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee client coordinators and manage admin schedules • Handle escalated client issues and service recovery • Set up and monitor MVA & WSIB claims across all clinics • Coordinate and follow up on billing and unpaid accounts • Maintain clear documentation of processes and responsibilities

Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of clinic admin experience • Solid leadership and mentoring qualities • Exceptional organizations skills and attention to detail • Confident in communicating with insurers and colleagues • Knowledge of Jane App and claims management is beneficial
